What we collect
An inspection request collects your name, phone number and/or email address, preferred contact method, property ZIP code, property type, the reason for the request, your description, the page you sent it from, and the time you sent it. We record which version of the consent statement you accepted.
We do not ask for payment details, government identification numbers, or medical information. The request system does not store your IP address or browser details.
How it is used and shared
We use your request to follow up with you about a termite inspection. With the permission you give on the form, we may share it with a licensed pest-control business that serves Casa Grande so it can contact you. We do not sell your details to list brokers or unrelated advertisers.
Requests are stored in a private database hosted by Cloudflare, and a notification copy is sent by email to the site operator. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person, not a bot; Cloudflare processes technical data for that check under its own privacy policy.
Analytics
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. Form contents are never sent to analytics.
Retention and your choices
Requests are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you or to delete your request by emailing [email protected]. A business that already received your request with your permission keeps its own records under its own policy.
If this policy changes, the effective date above will change with it.
