What may change from one property to another
Casa Grande includes newer planned communities, established central neighborhoods, manufactured homes, and larger rural-edge lots. The records available, areas an inspector can reach, attached patios, irrigation, storage, and construction history may be different at each home.
Use these pages to prepare for an inspection. They do not rank neighborhoods by termite risk or claim that termites are present on a particular street.
Why the checklists differ
Newer homes may have pretreatment records. Established homes may have additions or incomplete service history. Manufactured homes may require safe access behind skirting. Larger lots may include detached buildings and irrigation that should be shown to the inspector.
